Fabric Vase Class with Rodi
A vase made out of fabric? It can be done! Everyone will go home with a vase in one of three shapes. We will start wth a tiny square vase to practice and then make one additional shape: Tall Square (Easy); Ginger Jar (more difficult); Curvy (most difficult). In this class, Diana will teach you how to hand applique with felted wool using multiple stitching techniques such as couching, bullion knots, french knots, drizzle, fly, chain, woven, palestrina knots, stem stitch and blanket stitch. These unique embroidery stitches in additional to using varigated and metallic floss creates depth and charm in your project. Finished size will be 10" x 15".
